The Growth of Oyster Mushroom in Different Temperature and Humidity Conditions

Under high temperature (20-23 oC), and high humidity (>90%) cap is small and stipe is long. Cap color becomes lighter (grey-brownish grey). Depression in the center.

With low temperature (13-16 oC) and high humidity (>90%) : Relatively strong color and strong fruiting bodies formed and the number of fruiting bodies reduced.
